Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator in the United States to educate clients about the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will prepare initial estimates, complete full estimates after full damage evaluation, and lock final estimates while guiding each repair through QC.

You will keep customers informed, coordinate with Body Technicians, review data, pre-close final repair orders, handle paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met to deliver the best

Qualifications

• Experience in auto body estimating or insurance liaison preferred.
• Ability to explain repair processes to customers clearly.
• Familiarity with CCC One or similar estimating software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes and insurance basics.
• Complete and finalise vehicle repair estimates.
• Oversee repair progress and maintain QC standards.
• Communicate status and gather required paperwork.
• Coordinate with Body Technicians and manage post-scanning data.
