Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will prepare initial and final repair estimates, oversee the repair progress, and ensure quality standards while keeping customers informed.

The role requires knowledge of estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex), strong organization, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced shop environment. On-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in educating customers about the repair process and insurance steps.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs and keep customers informed throughout.
• Familiarity with auto repair estimation workflows and carrier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and repair rights.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after disassembly and evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair throughout the process and ensures Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keeps customers informed on status and ensures the best possible experience.
• Able to pull/review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order and manage disbursement paperwork while addressing exceptions.
