Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an Estimator to guide customers through the repair process, explain insurance procedures, and deliver accurate estimates from initial to final. You will collaborate with body technicians, review data, and ensure compliance with quality standards while keeping customers informed throughout the repair journey.

The role involves handling disbursement paperwork, resolving exceptions, and coordinating with insurance partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs and deadlines.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners.
• Familiarity with estimating systems.
• Ability to review data with body technicians.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions and ensure carrier requirements are met.
