Job summary

Crash Champions in San Jose is seeking an experienced Estimator to educate customers on repair processes, prepare initial estimates, and lock final estimates as parts and damage evaluations are completed. You will manage each repair from intake to QC, ensuring Crash Champions' standards are met.

The role requires familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex), strong customer service, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills with customers and insurance partners.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with auto repair estimating processes and software.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after full evaluation.
• Manage repairs through the process and ensure QC adherence.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and the repair timeline.
• Review data procedures with body technicians and perform post-scanning as needed.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
