Job summary

Crash Champions in Center Line, MI is seeking a customer-focused estimator and service coordinator to educate customers, explain insurance procedures, and guide vehicles from intake to delivery. You will prepare and refine estimates, stay in touch with customers, and ensure quality standards across the repair process, while collaborating with body technicians and carriers to meet requirements.

Qualifications

Customer Service skills and client-focused communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced shop environment.
Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners and repair processes.
Experience with multiple estimating systems including CCC ONE and Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
Complete initial estimates, and finalize estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
Manage each repair and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
Coordinate data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan checks for each vehicle.
Pre-close the final repair order and address exceptions for carrier requirements.
