Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing collision repair leader with 650+ locations. We seek an estimator/customer service-focused role to educate customers, explain insurance steps, and manage repairs from start to finish.

You will refine estimates after disassembly, track progress with body technicians, and ensure final paperwork meets carrier requirements. A strong multitasker with insurance knowledge will excel in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to educate customers.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and partners preferred.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and multiple estimating systems.
• Familiarity with estimating tools such as CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure in-process QC according to standards.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scan checks.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and carrier requirements.
