Job summary

Crash Champions, a leading collision repair provider, seeks an on-site estimator/coordinator to educate customers through the repair journey and manage repair estimates and workflow. You will ensure quality, communicate progress to customers, and coordinate with Body Technicians to finalize repairs.

Qualifications

• Must provide strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking and time management.
• Knowledge of insurance partners and claims processes is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, perform full estimates after evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through to completion and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a positive experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
