Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with 650+ locations nationwide. This role educates customers on repair processes, insurance steps, and vehicle rights while managing estimates and the repair lifecycle to uphold quality standards.

You will keep customers informed, review data with Body Technicians, and handle final paperwork, ensuring accurate billing and carrier compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience educating customers on repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Experience with initial and final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Ability to manage repairs through the process meeting Crash Champions quality standards.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems, CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize estimates after full evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure QC against company standards.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Review data for Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
