Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused role to educate clients on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights during collision repairs. You will write estimates, then finalize after full disassembly, and manage repairs through QC.

You will keep customers informed, review data with Body Technicians, pre-close final repair orders, and handle paperwork while ensuring carrier requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to educate customers on insurance and repair processes.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced shop setting.
• Familiarity with estimating systems used in collision repair.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair through the process with in-process QC to meet standards.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide a positive experience.
• Review data with technicians and finalize paperwork, ensuring carrier requirements.
