Job summary

Crash Champions, a leading collision repair network, is seeking an Estimator to educate customers through the repair process, evaluate damage and prepare estimates, and oversee the repair lifecycle from intake to delivery. You will collaborate with insurance partners and body technicians to ensure accurate pricing and timely completion.

In this role you will maintain clear communication with customers, review data procedures, manage paperwork, and ensure final repair orders meet Crash Champions

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and time-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and partners.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance, rights, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure Crash Champions quality via QC.
• Keep customers informed on repair status and experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and perform post-scans.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
