Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Knowledge of estimating systems CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status to ensure the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions and carrier requirements.
