Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator for our fast-paced collision repair network. You will educate customers on the repair process, prepare and finalize estimates, and supervise the repair journey to ensure quality standards are met.

You will keep customers updated on progress, collaborate with body technicians on data procedures, and handle pre-close paperwork and disbursements. Compensation reflects industry standards and posted pay ranges in the United States.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities with time management.
• Experience or knowledge of insurance processes preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize full estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs through the process ensuring quality standards.
• Keep customers informed and deliver excellent service.
• Review data procedures with body technicians and perform post-scans.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
