Crash Champions is seeking a motivated customer-facing professional to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.

You will complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates while managing each repair through the process to ensure quality standards.

Qualificações

• Customer Service skills required.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities; strong time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights and safety.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair throughout the process and ensures Crash Champions’ quality standards via in-process QC.
