Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an Estimator to educate customers about the repair process, insurance steps, and rights. You will complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation and disassembly, while managing each repair to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.

You will coordinate with Body Technicians, review data procedures, and handle paperwork to close the final repair order, ensuring carrier requirements are met and customers stay informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Insurance partners knowledge preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repair process and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
