Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused Repair Advisor to educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and customer rights. You will prepare and lock estimates, and oversee each repair to meet Crash Champions' quality standards, while keeping customers fully informed throughout the journey.

The role requires strong organization and communication skills, experience with estimating systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and partners is preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial and full disassembly-based estimates and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure QC standards throughout the process.
• Keep customers informed and provide an excellent experience.
