Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled estimator/operations coordinator to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, and customer rights, and to generate accurate initial and final repair estimates.

You will oversee each repair, perform in-process QC, coordinate with body technicians, and ensure all paperwork and carrier requirements are completed, while keeping customers informed throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures is preferred.
• Experience with estimating software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after disassembly.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards through QC.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and progress.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Prepare final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
