Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused team member to guide vehicle repair journeys across our MSO network. You will educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and timelines, and help ensure smooth handling from intake to final QC.

The role involves completing and locking estimates, coordinating with body technicians, and keeping customers informed with timely updates to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to educate customers.
• Organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage each repair and perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed with updates and provide a positive experience.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning tasks.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
