Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair provider with 650+ locations across 38 states. This role focuses on guiding customers through the repair journey, coordinating with insurers, and delivering accurate estimates while upholding Crash Champions quality standards.

You will educate customers, prepare detailed estimates, manage repairs, and ensure timely communication and paperwork to close out each file efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer service-centric role experiencepreferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced shop environment
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is a plus
• Experience with estimating systems and repair data tools is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Completes initial estimates and lock final estimates after full evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met
