Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator/advocate to educate customers on repair processes and insurance procedures. You will complete and refine estimates after full evaluation, manage repair progress, and ensure quality standards while keeping clients informed throughout the journey.

Based in the Charlotte, NC area, this role involves coordinating with body technicians, reviewing data procedures, and handling paperwork to close out repairs.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures.
• Complete and finalize estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and experience throughout.
• Coordinate data procedures with body technicians and post-scan reviews.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
