Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring an estimator/customer service professional to educate customers about repair processes and insurance procedures. You will complete initial estimates, finalize full estimates after evaluation, and track each repair to ensure quality standards are met, while keeping customers informed throughout the journey.

The role requires familiarity with estimating systems (CCC1, Mitchell & Audatex), strong organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities with strong time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC1 preferred, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
