Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring an Estimator to guide customers through the repair process, explain insurance steps, and deliver accurate estimates. You will produce initial and final estimates after disassembly, then manage the repair until completion.

You will coordinate with body techs, ensure data integrity, and keep customers updated with progress and outcomes, delivering a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to educate customers.
• Ability to organize, multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell/Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and full estimates after damage evaluation.
• Oversee repair progress and ensure QC to meet standards.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide a great experience.
• Review data with body technicians and handle post-scanning tasks.
• Pre-close final repair order and manage disbursement paperwork.
