Job summary

Crash Champions in Florida is seeking an Estimator to educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures, and to prepare and lock final estimates. You will manage repairs through QC and keep customers informed through each stage.

Responsibilities include reviewing data with body technicians, handling disbursement paperwork, and ensuring carrier requirements are met for a smooth experience. Prior experience with multiple estimating systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to educate customers.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial and full-disassembly based estimates, lock final estimates.
• Manage repairs throughout, perform in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a positive experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post‑scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
