Crash Champions is seeking a dedicated team member to educate customers about the collision repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value. You will complete and refine estimates after full damage evaluation and monitor repairs to ensure our quality standards are met.

This role emphasizes clear communication and precise documentation throughout the repair journey. Candidate will oversee data review with Body Technicians, perform post-scanning steps, and manage the final repair order

Formación

• Customer service experience in collision repair preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after evaluation, and finalizes them.
• Manages each repair and ensures quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keeps customers informed on repair status and delivers a top-notch experience.
• Pulls and reviews data with Body Technicians and completes post-scanning steps.
• Pre-closes the final repair order, handles disbursement paperwork, and ensures carrier requirements are met.
