Crash Champions is hiring at multiple locations in the United States. The role focuses on educating customers about the repair process, creating and finalizing estimates, and managing each repair through to completion with strict adherence to quality standards.

The position requires excellent customer service, organization, and familiarity with insurance procedures. Competitive benefits and a capped incentive structure are included where eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within automotive repair environments is a plus.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop setting.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and how to communicate with carriers.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and finalize estimates after full evaluation.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards.
• Keep customers informed on status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair orders and handle discharge paperwork.
