Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a dedicated Estimator/Customer Service specialist to guide customers through the repair process, explain insurance steps, and protect their rights while keeping communication clear and timely.

You will prepare initial estimates, complete post-disassembly estimates, review data with Body Technicians, and manage the repair through QC to final release, ensuring carrier requirements are met and a best-in-class customer experience is delivered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in collision repair or similar environment.
• Experience with estimating, disassembly, and final estimates.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and customer rights.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order, Handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete
