Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network delivering high-quality service across 650+ locations. The estimator role focuses on educating customers about repair processes and insurance, preparing and locking final estimates, and guiding repairs from intake to close.

The position emphasizes thorough communication, attention to data and QC, and coordination with estimating systems to ensure accurate, timely repairs. Compensation ranges are posted and benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems: CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide a superior customer experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and address file exceptions.
