Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an estimator to educate customers about repair processes, insurance procedures, and value. You will complete initial estimates, follow through with full estimates after damage evaluation, and lock final estimates while ensuring quality standards throughout each repair.

You will also keep customers informed about status, review data with body technicians, and manage disbursement paperwork to close out files.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within collision repair or auto body environments.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and estimating practices.
• Ability to use multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Prepare initial and final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Oversee repairs to ensure Crash Champions quality standards.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and experience.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and finalize post-scan steps.
