Job summary

Crash Champions in Dallas, TX seeks a customer-focused estimator to educate clients through the repair process, prepare accurate estimates, and oversee repairs with QC. You will communicate status to customers and coordinate with body technicians to ensure all steps are completed.

Ideal candidates have exposure to CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex and thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial and final repair estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs and perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and expectations.
• Coordinate data with body technicians and finalize post-scan steps.
• Close out repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
