Job summary

Crash Champions in Covina, CA is seeking an experienced Estimator to guide customers through the repair process, generate accurate estimates, and manage repairs to quality standards. You will collaborate with body technicians, insurers, and customers to ensure smooth, transparent service.

Responsibilities include preparing complete estimates from initial evaluation through final disassembly review, updating customers on progress, and ensuring all paperwork and carrier requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with estimating and insurance processes.
• Knowledge of estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair and insurance process.
• Prepare initial and final estimates and lock final estimates.
• Oversee repair progress and ensure quality standards via QC.
