Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Estimator to educate customers about the repair process and insurance steps, and to manage the entire estimating workflow from initial to final disassembly evaluation.

You will oversee each repair, ensuring quality standards, while keeping customers informed throughout the process and coordinating with Body Technicians for data review and post-scanning steps.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to organize, multitask, manage time, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to operate in a high-speed environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, rights, and value.
• Complete initial and final repair estimates after evaluation.
• Oversee repair progress and enforce Crash Champions quality standards.
• Keep customers informed and deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
