Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a dedicated estimator/liaison to guide customers through the repair process, pricing, and insurance procedures. You will generate initial and final estimates, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality QC across the repair lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and experience with estimating systems. On-site position in Berwyn, IL offering competitive benefits and growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with insurance knowledge.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced shop.
• Familiarity with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs and communicate updates.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial and final estimates and lock final estimate.
• Manage repair progression and QC to Crash Champions quality standards.
• Keep customers informed on status and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
• Close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
