Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Repair Coordinator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value. You will prepare initial estimates, complete post-disassembly estimates, and lock final figures. You will manage each repair, ensuring Crash Champions quality standards through in‑process QC.

You will keep customers informed, review data with Body Technicians, and handle final paperwork, disbursement, and carrier requirements to ensure smooth closures.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial and final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs with in-process QC to Crash Champions standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
