Job summary

Crash Champions in Strongsville, OH is seeking an estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, and rights while guiding repairs from intake to final QC. The role emphasizes clear communication and adherence to quality standards.

You will prepare initial estimates, update after disassembly, review data with technicians, and ensure carrier requirements are met to deliver a smooth, transparent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Organization and multitasking with good time management in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Prepare initial estimates, update after full damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Oversee each repair to ensure QA standards and in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and ensure a positive service experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close repair orders, manage disbursement paperwork, and resolve exceptions.
