• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights.
• Complete initial and final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure Crash Champions' quality standards.
• Keep customers informed on repair status and experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and post-scan for each vehicle.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle paperwork.
