Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an enthusiastic Estimator to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, and timelines. You will complete initial estimates and lock final estimates, while guiding the repair from intake to QC.

Join a fast-growing team that values People First and delivers high-quality collision repair across hundreds of locations. Prior estimating system experience (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is preferred, and you will partner with insurers and Body Technicians.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and partner interactions.
• Experience with vehicle repair estimating systems (CCC One preferred).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs through process and ensure QC standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and expectations.
• Collaborate with Body Technicians and review data procedures.
• Pre-close final repair orders and address documentation and carrier requirements.
