Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented professional to educate customers about vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and customer rights. You will prepare initial and final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, manage repairs with in-process QC, and keep customers informed about progress and status.

You will review data with Body Technicians and handle post-scanning and disbursement paperwork, ensuring carrier-specific requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
• Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle
• Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order
• Handle disbursement paperwork
• Address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete
