Qualifications

• Customer service skills for handling insured and third-party interactions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a busy collision repair environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners and claims processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop setting and meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Prepare initial estimates and final estimates after full evaluation.
• Oversee repair progress to ensure Crash Champions quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and ensure a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
