Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance partners.

The role requires documenting vehicle damage, preparing parts and labor estimates, and communicating progress to customers and internal teams to meet KPIs. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and insurance processes.
• Coordinate with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs and repairs.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Offer positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Support daily production walks and team needs.

Skills

Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines

Basic Computer Skills

Valid Driver's License

Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
