Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating detailed repair estimates. You will coordinate repair needs, communicate with customers and insurance carriers, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes accurate damage assessment, documentation, and adherence to DRP and WOW Operating Ways in a high-volume collision and glass service environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic computer skills
• DRP processes and insurance coordination experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately
• Guide customers through the repair process with excellent service
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Coordinate repair planning and communications with the team
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone
• Participate in daily production walks with management
• Support team members as needed
