Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. The role requires documenting all customer interactions, updating details, and keeping customers and insurance providers informed throughout the repair process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and collaborate with the team to achieve the shop’s KPIs while upholding our core values of honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team
• Support team members as needed
• Maintain the store’s KPIs by maximizing role performance
