Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating precise estimates and coordinating repairs. You will inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process, ensuring alignment with team KPIs.

The role emphasizes accurate damage assessment, documentation, and collaboration with the management team to drive facility success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• 1-year DRP experience or more.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Coordinate communication between customers, insurance companies, and team members.
• Attend production walks and support team members as needed.
• Participate in health, safety, and staff meetings.
