Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents required repairs and parts, aligning with team KPIs for a successful outcome.

You will work closely with the management team on daily production walks, ensure compliance with all DRP requirements, and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DRP processes and repair guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; DRP experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and maintain driving privileges.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
