Crash Champions in Rochester, NY is seeking a Regular Full-Time Estimator to educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and customer rights, while guiding them through the repair journey with clear, proactive communication.

You will complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly, review data with Body Technicians, and ensure final estimates and paperwork meet Crash Champions’ quality standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of handling insurance partners
• Comfort with fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex)

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair through the process and ensures quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keeps customers informed about status and provides the best possible experience.
• Pulls and reviews data with Body Technicians and completes post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-closes the final repair order, handles disbursement paperwork, and ensures carrier requirements are met.
