Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies.

You will document all repair needs, communicate efficiently with the team, and ensure adherence to DRP requirements and WOW standards while contributing to KPI goals. A valid driver's license is required and I-CAR training is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in collision/estimate work.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with repair details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure insurance requirements and WOW operating procedures compliance.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members and communicate requests to appropriate staff.
