Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by preparing accurate vehicle estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers, insurers, and the shop team.

The role requires CCC1 Estimating System experience, strong attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license. You will contribute to KPI goals and participate in DRP processes while supporting a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repair/ OE guidelines
• Strong communication with customers and insurance providers
• Ability to document repairs and parts replacement accurately

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate repair estimates and cost transparency for customers and insurers
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with shop technicians and management
• Document interactions and update customers throughout the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, DRP, and company procedures
• Participate in daily production walks and training sessions
