Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies.

You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs while aligning with company values and processes. A valid driver’s license, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Align with WOW Operating Way on repairs, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and by phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Maintain KPI metrics by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold company core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
