Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Tallahassee, FL is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs and parts, participate in daily production walks, and support team members while meeting KPIs. Must have knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
