Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating vehicle repairs and communications with customers and insurers. You will assess damage, document required repairs, and align with team KPIs to drive repair facility success.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma; a valid driver's license and I-CAR training are preferred. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates, and excellent service.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsabilidades

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and staff trainings as required.
• Participate in workshops recommended by Store Manager.
