Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents required repairs and parts replacements on the damage appraisal.

The Estimator plays a pivotal role in customer experience by ensuring alignment with all team members to achieve KPIs and uphold the WOW Operating Way.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year DRP experience preferred.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.
• Provide timely information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Way standards for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support the team.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing performance and uphold core values.
