Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers, including all communications with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The Estimator will accurately assess vehicle damage, document repairs and parts, and align with the team to achieve KPIs. This role requires dependency on I-CAR training and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Way guidelines for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members when needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing performance.
• Uphold Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
